Tommy is a director working in scripted comedy and entertainment. 


He started out writing and producing Saturday morning kids TV before he became a director and has since worked making funny stuff for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV and YouTube. 


Most recently he directed a brand new comedy sketch series ‘The Emily Atack Show’ for ITV2 which was their highest debuting new show of 2020. Tommy wrote and directed all the sketches for Bafta award winning ‘The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan’, he terrorised politicians here and in the USA making Bafta award winning & Rose D’Or Nominated ‘The Revolution Will Be Televised’ and has racked up credits on Comic Relief, Stand Up to Cancer and Children in Need. He’s worked with some of the best comic talent in the UK - Joe Lycett, David Williams, Jon Bishop, Katherine Ryan, Keith Lemon, Jon Richardson, Alan Carr, and Dame Judi Dench. 


Alongside his TV work Tommy has also worked for commercial clients having made a branded content series for Domino's pizza with Tom Allen and, for C4’s Comedy Gala, cut Alan Carr into adverts for Lynx, Corrs and Skittles. 


He’s also pretty handy with a stills camera doing on set photography for ‘The End of the F***ing World for Netflix, ‘In My Skin’ for the BBC and, one of his images is in the opening titles of ‘True Detective’.


He lives in London and has a dog called Patti.
